Gerringong’s vibrant hilltop village is loaded with unique delights and browse-friendly stores, overlooking the arc of Werri Beach as it stretches between the two headlands. Surfing
Your worries will quickly disappear as you find your way into some much needed salt therapy in the ocean. Werri Beach is on every surfer’s bucket list. Werri beach also has excellent castle-making sand and offers a great place for the entire family to swim.
Family Time
For more swimming fun head to the ocean pool which is just a stones throw from Werri beach. From May to November, you may spot a whale from the purpose built whale watching platform overlooking Werri beach.
Water fun is always on the menu here – from the toddler-friendly shallows of the Crooked River mouth to snorkeling, windsurfing and more. There is also a natural hedge maze just minutes off the highway.
