In early November 2019, Moonlit Sanctuary welcomed two new female Tasmanian Devils to our family, Tim Tam and Lil’ Kim.After making the journey across Bass Strait, both girls have settled in well with their new roommate, Gordon, who is a male Devil. It didn't take long for both girls to win over the affection of keepers with their cheeky and bold personalities and they were an instant hit for visitors on night tours displaying their iconic vocalisations. They love spending their days playing hide and seek in their many hollowed logs and nest boxes and have even been spotted sunbaking when the sun is just right. You can meet these cheeky Devils during the day at the 3:30pm keeper presentation.
